HOW DO I SEND BACK A RETURN?

Not happy with your Plainsbreaker product?   Return it to us within 30 days, and we’ll give you a full refund.   Please follow the steps below:

Canadian Customers:

To return your items, please re-package the products (including the original packing slip) and ship them to the address below:

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

 International Customers:

Please contact Plainsbreaker via email info@plainsbreaker.com to process your return authorization. You will receive a return confirmation email from Plainsbreaker, along with detailed instructions for returning your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. However, the socks must be unworn and in original packaging. Because of the sweet deals we offer on clearance socks, we do not accept returns on clearance products. Return items that have been opened or worn will be disposed of and no credit will be issued. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling. To initiate a return, please email info@plainsbreaker.com and reference your order number from the invoice.

*We will not process refunds for socks or underwear returned without the tags attached

AM I ABLE TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE?

At this time we are unable to process exchanges.  Orders purchased on plainsbreaker.com can be returned for a refund to the original form of payment.

AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE A GIFT?

Unfortunately at this time we are only able to process refunds and not exchanges.  Upon returning the item/s, the original credit card or PayPal will be refunded and the items can be replaced with a new order.

We are working hard to create a seamless exchange process in the near future.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS?

At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED AT A RETAILER?

We can only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased at plainsbreaker.com.
